Job Summary:
We are seeking a Virtual Outpatient CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) to provide remote counseling and support services to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of addiction, recovery principles, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Qualifications:
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification required.
- Previous experience in outpatient substance abuse counseling.
- Strong knowledge of addiction, recovery, and behavioral health principles.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual setting.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to counseling.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and treatment needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.
- Provide virtual counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
